What You’ll Be Up To:

  • Be the friendly, helpful face our Kirkland clients love to talk to — answering questions, solving problems, and making insurance simple (and dare we say, enjoyable?)
  • Help customers update policies, handle billing, and navigate claims — like a pro!
  • Share your superpowers by explaining coverage options in a way that just makes sense
  • Team up with Constance Ann and the gang to find new leads, set appointments, and grow our community of happy clients
  • Keep our office organized and running like a well-oiled machine (bonus points if you love a tidy desk!)
  • Stay sharp on all things State Farm — from products to policies and everything in between

No need to worry if you’re new to insurance — we believe the best way to learn is by doing! At Constance Ann State Farm, we provide hands-on, on-the-spot training to get you up to speed quickly. You’ll learn from real situations, with team support every step of the way. It’s learning by doing, with plenty of encouragement and high-fives!
