Position Overview
As a team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, life and health insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office and to explore the opportunity to become a State Farm agent yourself.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Working in my office, you will be part of a team that collaborates and pushes towards agency goals but also works towards individual goals and incentives in a fun, consistent environment. We have a genuine approach to serving our customers. I will be adding to our team that currently has three-full time and one part-time team member with experience ranging from 15 years to just under one year.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
