ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve spent 33 years with State Farm, with experience in both agency and management before returning to agency ownership. I’m a graduate of Olivet and earned my master’s degree from Indiana University. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy riding motorcycles and are involved with the Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry. I’m also a big Seahawks and Cincinnati Reds fan.
Giving back is important to our agency. We participate in Norwood Day and stay involved with local organizations that support children and families in need.
Our agency offers a Simple IRA, paid vacation and personal time, bonus opportunities, available overtime, and licensing costs paid up front. We also like to have a little fun with our perks, including Reds tickets for team members to enjoy throughout the season.
Our office is small, supportive, and truly team-oriented. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Jane Chitwood - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
