Base Salary: $30,000-$35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Expected Total Compensation: $45,000-$55,000+
Strong Performers: $60,000-$80,000+ in total annual compensation
Already Know How to Sell? We'll Teach You Insurance.
You do not need an insurance background to become successful in insurance sales. We are looking for someone who has
already demonstrated that they can sell: someone comfortable talking with prospective customers, building trust,
discovering needs, overcoming objections, following up, and asking for the business.
If you have demonstrated those abilities in another industry, the agency will provide support to learn insurance and obtain
the required licensing. This is an opportunity to turn your existing sales ability into a professional insurance career with
uncapped performance-based earning potential.
Compensation - Understand the Opportunity
This position provides a guaranteed base salary of approximately $30,000-$35,000 plus uncapped commission
based on individual production. This is intentionally a performance-driven compensation structure.
Expected total compensation is approximately $45,000-$55,000+ based on production. A successful salesperson
can substantially increase total earnings through commissions. Strong performers can potentially reach
$60,000-$80,000+ in total annual compensation, with additional upside available as production increases.
Commission earnings are not guaranteed. Total compensation depends heavily upon individual sales results. If your
priority is maximizing guaranteed salary regardless of production, this may not be the right opportunity. If you want an
opportunity where selling more means earning more, we would like to talk with you.

This isn't a role where simply occupying the seat produces the advertised earnings. Your production
matters. For someone who can sell, that's exactly the opportunity.
