Insurance Sales Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member
Base Salary: $40,000–$50,000 DOE + Commission
- Develop new customer relationships through inbound opportunities, internet leads, referrals, outbound prospecting, existing customer opportunities, and community relationships.
- Hold appointments with prospective and existing customers to identify needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Quote and sell multiple lines of insurance, including auto, homeowners, renters, life, health, business, boat, recreational vehicle, and commercial auto insurance.
- Cross-sell additional products to help customers identify and address gaps in their insurance coverage.
- Consistently follow up with prospects and customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline and manage multiple opportunities at different stages.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based approach rather than a one-size-fits-all sales process.
- Work closely with other members of the agency team to provide a positive customer experience.
- Develop relationships within the community and help strengthen our agency's local presence.
- Work toward established production and activity goals.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up consistently.
- Willingness to obtain all applicable insurance licenses.
- Ability to successfully complete applicable State Farm training requirements.
- $40,000–$50,000 base salary, depending on experience
