I opened my agency in 1997 and currently lead a team of 11. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in Claims Management, where I developed a passion for helping customers through life's unexpected events. I'm a graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU), born and raised in Baton Rouge, and am proud to call this community home. I'm also married with two children.

As an Account Associate for R.K. Mehrotra - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for R.K. Mehrotra - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
