ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of eight across two agencies. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as an Agency Field Specialist, recruiter, and State Farm team member, giving me experience in nearly every side of the business. I'm a proud mom to an 18-year-old daughter, and outside of work I enjoy traveling, visiting family, and spending time with my Yorkie.
While we're always looking for ways to become more involved, giving back to our community is something I'm excited to continue growing as our agency expands.

As an Account Associate for Faby Obispo - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
