I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I spent six years working as a State Farm team member, where I developed a passion for helping customers and building a strong team.
Being involved in the community is important to us. Our agency is active with the San Marcos Chamber of Commerce, sponsors local youth baseball and softball leagues, and proudly supports a community 5K each Christmas season.

As an Account Associate for Scott Lazenby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Scott Lazenby - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
