ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a team of seven. As a second-generation State Farm agent, serving customers and building relationships has always been part of my life. I'm a graduate of Ashland University, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees, and I was a collegiate football player and two-time state football champion. Outside of work, I'm a passionate Ohio State football fan and dog lover.
Giving back to the community is one of my priorities. I serve on the Board of the Gridiron Club and enjoy supporting local schools, youth athletics, and community initiatives that help make a positive impact.

As an Account Associate for Nick Cone - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

As an Account Associate for Nick Cone - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
