ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Agency Field Specialist, State Farm Team Member, and in banking. Those experiences helped shape my passion for helping people, developing others, and building strong customer relationships.
I am a graduate of Florida State University and the United States Merchant Marine Academy. My wife and I have been married for more than 20 years, and we have three children. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, hiking, traveling, coaching youth sports, and staying involved in the community. I also serve as a pastor at Glory Community Church and support several local organizations and outreach initiatives.
Our agency is built on teamwork, accountability, and personal growth. We provide ongoing training, coaching, professional development opportunities, and participation in the Agent Aspirant Program for team members interested in agency ownership. As an Account Associate for Trevor Butcher - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
