ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 after spending my entire career with State Farm. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a team member in another agency for many years, gaining firsthand experience helping customers and learning what it takes to build a successful, customer-focused business.
I attended California State University, Northridge and am the proud parent of one son. Community involvement is a big part of who I am, and I enjoy supporting local youth sports teams, community events, and organizations that make a difference for local families.
Our agency offers a 401(k), licensing reimbursement, performance-based bonuses and incentives, travel rewards, and a fun, supportive work environment. We also close at 3:00 PM on Fridays and keep the office stocked with snacks, coffee, and other treats for the team. I believe in rewarding hard work and creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work each day.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $52,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
