What You’ll Do
- Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful State Farm agency
- Develop strong insurance, sales, and customer service skills
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Participate in sales, marketing, and business development activities
- Learn how to recruit, train, coach, and lead a team
- Work closely with an experienced State Farm Agent to understand what it takes to run your own agency
- Prepare for the licensing and development requirements needed to pursue agency ownership
What We’re Looking For

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to connect with customers and build relationships
- Prior sales, insurance, financial services, or business experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be willing to obtain required insurance licenses
