ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with the O'Malley Agency, you would be responsible for the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people would make you a great fit! You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Assist customers with binding insurance coverage
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Fishers, IN.
- Our office is open 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2012.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
