Kathy Wall State Farm is seeking a knowledgeable and consultative Financial Services Representative to join a well-established agency serving the Dallas community. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in financial services, customer education, relationship building, and needs-based conversations.
In this role, you will work with customers to identify financial goals, discuss available options, and help connect them with products and services designed to manage everyday risks and support long-term planning.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct financial reviews with customers to better understand their goals, needs, and current financial picture
- Educate customers on financial products and options in a clear, professional, and compliant manner
- Consult with customers regarding financial planning, portfolio considerations, and asset allocation needs
- Recommend appropriate products and solutions based on customer goals and agency guidelines
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up, trust, and ongoing service
- Partner with the agency team to identify opportunities for deeper customer support
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all applicable compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support agency growth through proactive conversations and customer-centered recommendations
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, banking, insurance, investment services, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial products and consultative sales conversations
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to explain complex financial topics in a simple and professional way
- Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and comfortable having proactive customer conversations
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to compliance

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
