Since opening the agency in 2018, we've built a young, energetic team that is passionate about helping customers while continuing to grow and improve every day. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member in Georgia, where I learned the business and developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Originally from Macon, Georgia, I later made the move to the Birmingham area. I have two children and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive nature and taught me the value of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. - Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
