ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in financial services with E*TRADE. My background in both insurance and financial services helped prepare me to build an agency focused on growth, customer service, and long-term success.

I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, tennis, hunting, traveling, sports, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. I believe in maintaining an active lifestyle and bringing that same energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Neill Christian - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
