Our agency opened in 2005 and is a close-knit team of four built on a strong foundation in financial services. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the financial services industry, bringing a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach to the business.

I’m married with two children and value creating a balanced environment both at home and in the workplace.

For our team, we offer a 401(k), reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Our schedule reflects that, with a 9:00 AM-4:30 PM workday, shorter hours on Fridays, and an overall ~35-hour workweek.

Our office culture is laid-back, relaxed, and independent. We’re looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and able to take ownership of their role—someone who thrives in a low-pressure environment while still producing strong results.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Steve Whitley - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
