Lisa Pate State Farm is seeking a licensed insurance professional with industry experience who is passionate about sales, relationship-building, and helping customers protect what matters most. This role is primarily focused on new business development and agency growth, while also providing exceptional service to existing customers.

Required Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Active Life & Health License required
• Insurance industry experience required
• Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
What You'll Do
• Generate new business through referrals, prospecting, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement
• Conduct needs-based conversations to uncover customer risks and coverage needs
• Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into written business
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to improve customer protection
• Cross-sell and expand existing customer accounts
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and service-related needs
• Develop long-term client relationships that support retention and referrals
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
