ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Insurance has been part of my life for years, as my father spent much of his career with State Farm. Seeing the opportunities available through the company and the impact agents can have on their communities inspired me to pursue agency ownership myself.

I graduated from SUNY Plattsburgh in 2016 with a degree in Business Management, where I also played soccer all four years. Outside of work I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, tennis, golf, and spending time with my wife and our two dogs. I’m actively involved in the local Rotary Club, which allows me to participate in community service projects, charitable events, and other initiatives that help support the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for John Toper - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
