About the Role

As a Financial Services Representative, you will meet with individuals, families, and business owners to better understand their financial priorities and help them evaluate options for protection, growth, and long-term planning.

This position focuses on financial services, life insurance, investments, and retirement planning, while also supporting the agency’s full-picture approach to client needs. Because financial protection and risk management often overlap, Property & Casualty licensing is also preferred, and support is available for candidates who need to obtain it.

Licensing & Registration Requirements

Required:

• Active Life & Health Insurance License

• FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, or equivalent registrations

Strongly Preferred:

• FINRA Series 65 license

• Experience in financial services, investment sales, retirement planning, or life insurance sales

Additional Requirement:

• Active Property & Casualty license is preferred

• Candidates who do not currently hold a Property & Casualty license must be willing to obtain one with agency support

Core Responsibilities

Client Financial Conversations

Meet with clients to discuss financial goals, protection needs, risk tolerance, current priorities, and future plans.

Retirement & Investment Solutions

Recommend investment products, retirement planning options, and wealth-building strategies based on each client’s situation and objectives.

Life Insurance Strategy

Help clients evaluate life insurance options designed to protect their families, income, businesses, and long-term financial plans.

Business Development

Create new opportunities through referrals, existing client relationships, networking, follow-up, and agency marketing efforts.

Relationship Management

Maintain ongoing client relationships through proactive communication, periodic reviews, consistent follow-up, and professional service.

Compliance & Records

Follow all applicable insurance, securities, and financial services regulations while keeping accurate documentation and client records.


Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, investment sales, retirement planning, life insurance sales, or another consultative sales environment

• Strong ability to build relationships and guide client conversations

• Ability to explain financial topics in a clear, professional, and approachable way

• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on production, revenue growth, and client outcomes

• Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up skills

• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing client opportunities

• Commitment to providing a professional and positive client experience

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
