ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a close-knit team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and gained leadership experience in retail management. Those experiences helped shape my customer-first approach and passion for helping people find the right solutions for their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy skiing and have a background in fashion, which has given me an appreciation for creativity, attention to detail, and building strong relationships with people from all walks of life.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Our agency participates in a variety of local events throughout the year, including motorcycle events, antique shows, and other community gatherings. We love being active in the community and building lasting relationships with the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Meg Ryan - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
