ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I owned a restaurant franchise and also gained experience in real estate. Those roles helped shape my business mindset and passion for building something meaningful while serving others.
I’m a graduate of University of Georgia, married with three children, and we love living in Colorado. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me skiing, hiking, or spending time in the mountains. I’m also a big Denver sports fan. I stay involved in the local community and value building relationships both inside and outside the office.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Damon Coates - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
