The Kronenberger Agency, an independent agency affiliated with State Farm, is seeking a motivated and professional Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are committed to building a high-performing, client-focused agency through structured training, consistent coaching, and clear performance expectations.
This is not a trial-and-error sales role. From day one, you will receive hands-on onboarding, proven processes, and ongoing mentorship. We value accountability, initiative, and continuous improvement — and we reward results.
Position Responsibilities
- Conduct needs-based conversations to help clients identify appropriate coverage options
- Quote, bind, and service auto, home, and life insurance policies
- Manage inbound and outbound leads with organized follow-up and pipeline discipline
- Generate referrals and client reviews as part of a structured customer engagement process
- Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive, professional service
Qualifications
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort engaging clients in consultative sales conversations
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
- Active insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
