ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2025 and is a growing team of three with exciting plans to expand. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member for another agent, building a strong foundation in the business.
I hold a Risk Management & Insurance degree from Eastern Kentucky University and enjoy staying active through golf and exercise. We stay highly involved in the community through local festivals, school partnerships, and connecting with local businesses.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Trey Boggs - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
