WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Answer questions and assist with policy updates
- Speak with clients in both English and Spanish (optional)
- Identify opportunities to offer additional insurance coverage when appropriate
- Follow up with customers to ensure they feel supported
- Keep accurate notes and customer records in our system
- Participate in training and team meetings to grow your skills
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
My team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We are located in napa, CA and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including:
