Employment Details
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Desired Experience: 0–1 year (entry-level welcome)
- Pay: $40,000 – $60,000 per year — base salary + performance-based bonus
- Hiring Timeline: Immediate (within the next 30 days)
What You’ll Do
You’ll start as the trusted support for customers—then grow into more responsibility through hands-on training, a proven process, and ongoing mentorship.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy/service information
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and follow-through
- Process insurance claims and follow up to make sure customers are taken care of
- Set customer appointments and coordinate next steps
- Use a customer-first, needs-based approach to educate clients on insurance options
- Work closely with the Agent and team to support marketing and sales goals
- Help generate leads, connect with prospects, and guide next steps with the right coverage
- Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications / Licensing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to obtain Property, Casualty, Life, and Health license(s) (training/support provided)
