ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2026 and currently lead a growing team of two. I’ve been with State Farm since 2019, and this agency is an exciting next step where I’m focused on building a strong, successful team from the ground up.

Outside of work, I’m a single dad with two kids full time, so I understand the importance of flexibility, balance, and creating a supportive environment both personally and professionally. I stay involved in the community by participating in local events like Chinese New Year celebrations and car shows, and I’m always looking for ways to stay connected.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Curtis Anderson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
