Lisa Pate State Farm is seeking an experienced, licensed insurance professional who enjoys building relationships, uncovering customer needs, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most. This role is primarily sales-focused while also providing exceptional service to existing customers.
We are looking for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, conducting policy reviews, cross-selling multiple product lines, and growing customer relationships while delivering a positive customer experience. Required Qualifications
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Active Life & Health License required
• Prior insurance industry experience required
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to develop and close new business opportunities
• Experience conducting policy reviews and recommending coverage solutions
What You'll Do
• Generate new business through referrals, lead follow-up, networking, and relationship-building
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate solutions
• Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products
• Cross-sell and expand relationships within the existing book of business
• Conduct proactive policy reviews to improve customer protection and retention
• Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, coverage updates, and service requests
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive referrals and agency growth
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with agency and industry standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals
