Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Braselton, GA
Hours: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic, competitive, and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our State Farm insurance agency. In this role, you will be vital to our daily business operations by building meaningful customer relationships and advising, educating, and determining the needs of prospects. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant insurance and financial services products. As part of your development, you will become a licensed insurance professional, with training and support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Help bring new customers to our agency through proactive outreach and marketing efforts
- Write business across multiple lines including auto, home, life, health, and business insurance
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources
- Consult customers on comprehensive risk planning, including insurance and retirement options
- Stay current with market trends and product offerings
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
Qualifications
- Experience in sales preferred but not required
- Experience managing customer relationships preferred
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
