The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is looking for a motivated, sales-driven insurance professional who is ready to produce, compete, and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.
This is a sales-dominant, in-office role for someone who understands the importance of consistent activity, strong follow-up, and closing business. We are seeking a producer who can confidently manage leads, uncover client needs, cross-sell across multiple product lines, and contribute directly to agency revenue.

About Our Growth
The Lori Henry State Farm Agency is continuing to scale across multiple locations, with a strong focus on production, accountability, and long-term agency growth. As our agency expands, we are looking for sales professionals who can help drive revenue, build client relationships, and grow with the team.
Licensing Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred
- Active Life & Health license preferred
- Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to obtain required licensing
- Licensing support is available for candidates who need assistance completing licensing requirements
What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and proactive prospecting
- Quote, present, and close Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies
- Conduct policy reviews to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Convert warm and cold leads into long-term clients
- Manage a consistent pipeline and maintain strong follow-up
- Overcome objections confidently and ask for the sale
- Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and production metrics
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals
- Deliver a strong customer experience while maintaining a sales-first mindset
What We’re Looking For
- Prior insurance sales experience preferred
- Recent State Farm agency experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong ability to close business and handle objections
- Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office sales environment
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Accountable, consistent, and motivated by performance
- Willingness to obtain and maintain required insurance licensing

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
