ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two, focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent nearly 10 years in the automotive industry. I was introduced to the agency opportunity through a close friend who is also an agent, and it’s been an exciting path into business ownership.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Alberto Bermudez - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $37,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
