ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two, focused on building a strong foundation and delivering great service to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent nearly 10 years in the automotive industry. I was introduced to the agency opportunity through a close friend who is also an agent, and it’s been an exciting path into business ownership.
I’m a proud spouse and dog owner, and I place a high value on maintaining a healthy work-life balance for myself and for our team. We stay connected to the community by supporting organizations like the Houston Food Bank and looking for ways to give back locally.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alberto Bermudez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
