This is a Full-Time, 35 hour a week, in office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Must be able to obtain State insurance license. We will pay for all study aids.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Handle customer requests for changes to their insurance and answer questions.
- Assist customers on the phone, email, and in the office.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- People-oriented
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills including verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Pro-active in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Must be able to work within a team environment
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
