ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2012 and has grown into a team of five who enjoy working hard and celebrating success together. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a bank manager but insurance was always familiar to me growing up, as my mom worked for a State Farm agent, which helped spark my interest in the industry.
I’m a big Oregon Ducks fan and a season ticket holder. My kids are currently in college, and outside of work I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors. We stay involved in the community through our church, volunteer work, and sponsoring local events like school carnivals.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brandon Rossman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $43,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
