As a remote sales employee, we are committed to building a virtual work family. We have excellent training opportunities along with growth. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work warm leads and follow-ups as instructed by our training program.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Collaborate with agent to achieve objectives.
  • Minimum 40 Outbound calls per day. 
Qualifications:
  • Must know State Farm systems.
  • Must have active P&C and L&H licenses.
  • Must have a quiet background throughout your working day.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment hitting sales goals.

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $57,500.00 per year
