Brock T. Quinn State Farm Agency is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Customer Service Representative to help take care of our growing customer base.
We're looking for someone who takes ownership of customer relationships. You'll help customers navigate their insurance needs, answer questions, solve problems, review coverage, and proactively identify opportunities to better protect them and their families.
- Brock T. Quinn State Farm Agency opened in 2014 and is located near Old Town Scottsdale.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Respond to questions regarding coverage, eligibility, policy changes, billing, claims, and other account needs
- Review customer accounts and identify coverage gaps or changing insurance needs
- Educate customers about their policies, coverage options, and available products
- Proactively identify appropriate opportunities to better protect customers and their families
- Conduct policy reviews and customer retention conversations
- Follow up on customer requests and outstanding service items
- Take ownership of customer concerns and work toward effective resolutions
- Maintain accurate documentation and consistently follow through on commitments
- Work closely with the entire agency team to provide a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to individual and agency goals while always putting the customer's needs first

- Previous experience managing customer or client relationships required
- Previous customer service, account management, insurance, or related professional experience preferred
- Sales experience or demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong organization, follow-up, and attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with customers
- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred
- Licensing assistance may be available for the right candidate
