ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a team member, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations and ensuring our customers receive timely, accurate, and thoughtful service. You’ll be a key point of contact, helping clients navigate their policies while identifying opportunities to better support their needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services
- Assist customers with policy applications, updates, and renewals
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and efficient client experience

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
