ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in April 2001 and is a well-established team of six with a strong reputation for service and consistency. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I had a goal of becoming self-employed and built my background through experience in both banking and insurance.

I’m a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and have been married for 30 years with two adult sons. Outside of work, I enjoy boating, fishing, and staying active in the community. I’m a charter member and past president of the Holly Springs Rotary Club, have been active in my church for over 20 years, and participate in mission work including the Appalachia Service Project. We also support a variety of local charities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tim Farless - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation: $37,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
