This role is ideal for someone who is driven, curious, and interested in learning how a successful small business operates. You’ll play a key role in helping us grow the agency while developing skills that can lead to a full-time, licensed position in the future.
What You’ll Do:
- Support outside marketing efforts by building relationships with local apartments, dealerships, and businesses
- Represent the agency at community events and outreach opportunities
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and generate new opportunities
- Assist with inbound calls, helping customers with basic questions and directing requests
- Provide administrative support including paperwork, data entry, and general office tasks
- Learn the fundamentals of insurance, sales conversations, and client relationships
What We’re Looking For:
- Motivated, driven, and eager to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable talking with new people and building relationships
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Interest in sales, business, or financial services
- No insurance license required to start (we will guide you through the process if you grow into a full-time role)

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
