I opened my agency in 2011 and have built a close-knit team of three. Before becoming an agent, I spent 12 years on the corporate side of State Farm in several different roles, which gave me a strong understanding of the business and helped shape the way I lead and support my team today.

I attended Cumberland University, played baseball, and I’m a proud parent of two kids. In the office, we keep things fun, supportive, and team-focused — and I’m especially proud that we’ve built a workplace with long-term stability and low turnover. People enjoy being here, and we work hard to make sure everyone feels valued and set up for success.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Slaughter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
