We are seeking a motivated and experienced Full-Time Sales Representative who specializes in life insurance sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients secure their financial future through tailored life insurance products. Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients interested in life insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
- Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with the agency team to support cross-selling opportunities and client retention.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in life insurance sales or a related financial services role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Licensed to sell life insurance in the state (or ability to obtain license promptly).
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
