Licensing Requirement (Job Contingent)

This position is contingent upon becoming fully licensed.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required

If not currently licensed, you must be willing to obtain licensing

We provide paid training and full support to help you successfully complete the licensing process

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers while also driving agency growth through sales. You will assist with policy needs, answer questions, and identify opportunities to recommend additional coverage.

This role combines customer service with a strong focus on sales production and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies

Assist customers with policy applications, renewals, and updates

Handle customer inquiries while identifying opportunities to cross-sell

Follow up on leads and customer interactions to convert opportunities into sales

Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office goals

Qualifications

Sales-driven mindset with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals

Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate and support others

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence engaging in sales conversations and asking for the business

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
