Our agency opened in 2012 and is a strong team of seven who work closely together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in outside industrial sales, and with my husband having over 28 years of experience with State Farm, insurance has been a big part of our lives.
I’m a proud mother of five children, all of whom attended local colleges. Family and community are incredibly important to me, and that carries into how I run the office. We are very active in the community - supporting local high schools, staying engaged on social media, and serving in leadership roles such as President of the Board of Directors for St. Nicholas Charity and involvement with the Home Builders Association.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shayne Laughlin - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
