Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Financial Services Representative to lead and grow the Investment Planning Services division within our agency.
 
With 3 office locations (Minooka, Ottawa, and Streator) and a base of 7,500+ existing households, this role offers immediate opportunity to generate new business by working within an established client base — not starting from scratch.
 
This is a production-focused role responsible for driving new assets, expanding client relationships, and increasing overall household value through investments, annuities, and insurance solutions.
 
What You’ll Do

Drive Investment Growth
  • Generate new assets through:
    • Advisory accounts 
    • Brokerage accounts 
  • Identify opportunities within the current client base to consolidate and move assets
  • Build long-term relationships focused on financial planning and retention
Annuity Production
  • Produce new business through:
    • Jackson National annuities & State Farm fixed annuities
  • Position annuities as part of retirement and income strategies
Expand Life & Health Within the Book
  • Actively identify and close:
    • Life & Health insurance opportunities
  • Increase protection per household across the existing client base

Licensing & Experience
  • Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Securities licenses (Series 6/63/65 Preferred, or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or sales preferred
Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary + performance-based incentives (Total $80,000 - $120,000+)
  • Significant earning potential tied directly to production

This role is designed for individuals who want to build a six-figure income through production and client growth.
Compensation: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
