ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2017 and is a small, dedicated team of two who focus on delivering an excellent customer experience every day. I started my journey as a college intern and later became an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a strong foundation and a clear vision for the kind of office I wanted to build.

I’m married, have two dogs, and enjoy running marathons. Staying active and disciplined outside of work helps shape the way I approach the business and support my team. I stay involved in the community as a member of the Rogers Park Business Alliance and serve as an SSA commissioner, working to maintain and improve the local area. Supporting the community is an important part of what we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Nick Kosiek - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $33,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
