ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Representative for Brandon Jones State Farm Insurance, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services as well as service their existing accounts. Job description consists of claim handling, policy reviews, policy changes, answering billing questions, taking payments and other needs of our existing policyholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
