Our agency opened in 2000 and is a small, close-knit team of three who truly look out for one another. I’ve been with State Farm for over 30 years, starting my career with the company before becoming an agent. That long-term experience has shaped the way I run the office and support both our customers and our team.
I attended Florida Atlantic University and enjoy spending my free time fishing, golfing, and being with family. Keeping that balance between work and life is important to me, and it’s something I encourage for everyone on the team.
We offer 8-10 sick days, 10 days of PTO, a 401(k) after one year, a monthly health stipend, and reimbursement for licensing costs. We believe in taking care of our team so they can focus on doing great work without unnecessary stress.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ricardo Arbesu - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
