Our agency opened in 2000 and has grown into a high-energy team of eight who are focused on helping customers protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent years with State Farm starting in 1988 as a Claims Manager, which gave me a strong foundation in customer care, problem-solving, and leadership.
Insurance truly runs in the family. I’m married, my wife is also a State Farm agent, and our son followed the same path and now has his own agency. That shared experience brings a deep understanding of the business and a strong sense of pride in what we do. I’m also active in the community and serve as Chairman of the Jamaica YMCA, where we focus on supporting youth and strengthening local programs.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Marcel Robin - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
