ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our first office opened in 2004, and we expanded with a second location in 2011. Today, our team is made up of 11 members who work together in a fun, supportive, and hard-working environment. Before becoming an agent, I was a State Farm team member, so I understand the role from firsthand experience and know what it takes to build a strong, successful office.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and playing soccer and volleyball. That same energy and teamwork carry over into the way our office operates each day. We offer PTO and holiday pay, support for work-life balance, and reimbursement for licensing costs to help team members grow in their careers.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Taylor Hall - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
