ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2022 and is a small, close-knit team of two who are focused on building strong relationships and making a real impact in the community. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a District Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. That experience showed me how much of a difference I could make by helping people protect what matters most and build generational wealth, which ultimately led me to State Farm.

Community involvement is a big part of our mission. We participate in yearly outreach events with the local fire department, work with Chicago Public Schools to educate teens on safe driving, and partner with the South Suburban Housing Association to help first-time home buyers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Danielle Dixon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
